PMDD means Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder! It’s a cyclical, hormone-based mood disorder. It’s linked to the menstrual cycle, but it’s so much more than feeling sad or irritable before your period comes.

Would you like to hear more about this? Come to our free webinar and enjoy the discussion with Emma, who will share the expertise that comes with living with this experience, Dr Natasha Vavrek, a GP specialising in women’s health, and Amy Farrell, a psychologist working with people affected by PMDD.

When? The 18th of June 2024, from 12:30-1:30PM.

Where? Online, register here.

We look forward to seeing you there!
